DWTT series digital display drop weight tear test machine can be used for the drop weight tear test (DWTT) of steel pipes under 40mm or ferritic steel, bainitic steel and duplex steel with thickness 3~40mm.
According to the standard: GB/T8363-2007 "Ferritic steel drop weight tear test method". Reference standard:
(1) API5L3 American Petroleum Institute recommended method;
(2) ASTM E436-80 Standard method for drop weight dynamic tear test of ferritic steel;
(3) ASTM E604-83 Standard method for dynamic tearing of metallic materials.
(4)EN 10274 European Standard that specifies the drop weight tear test for metallic materials.
The host system consists of two round sliding columns, four square columns, top plate, base, buffer device, support, jaws, falling weight, falling weight lifting mechanism, hanging off hammer mechanism, safety protection device, sample delivery It is composed of positioning mechanism and anti-dumping mechanism.
