1. The purpose and characteristics of the testing machine
The JBW-300B microcomputer-controlled pendulum impact testing machine produced by our company is a new generation of high-tech testing equipment developed according to the national standard GB/T3808-2010 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines". Charpy Notch Impact Test Method" Impact test on metallic materials. This machine adopts the method of replacing the pendulum to achieve two-level impact energy of 300J and 150J. The cross-section of the sample used is 10×10mm. It is mainly used to test ferrous metals with high impact toughness, especially steel and its alloys.
The test principle of this product is to calculate the difference between the potential energy before the impact of the pendulum and the remaining potential energy after the impact to obtain the absorbed energy of the tested sample. The operation of the equipment can be controlled by a manual control box or a computer automatically. The operation is simple and efficient. The remaining energy after the pendulum breaks the sample can be used to automatically raise the pendulum, and the test results can be saved and printed. In the continuous impact test of the sample, its superiority can be more manifested.
