1)Introduction
WDW-300SCW microcomputer controlled relaxation testing machine is mainly used for relaxation test of threaded steel bars, steel strands, and PC steel bars. It can detect the uniaxial tensile relaxation strength and other characteristics of metal wires. It can be widely used in quality inspection departments, construction units, steel strands and steel bar production enterprises. It is a new test equipment for modern building mechanics tests. It meets GB/T20065-2016 "Threaded Steel Bars for Prestressed Concrete" and GB/T10120-2013 "Test Method for Tensile Stress Relaxation of Metal Materials".
The design of the mainframe and auxiliary equipment of the testing machine draws on the advanced technology of Shimadzu of Japan. It has beautiful appearance, convenient operation, stable and reliable performance. The computer system controls the rotation of the servo motor through the controller and the speed regulation system. After the speed reduction system is decelerated, the moving beam is driven forward and backward through the precision screw pair to complete the relaxation mechanical property test of the sample.
