- Performance and Features:
- The testing process is controlled by an imported Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor and AC servo speed control system, significantly improving control accuracy and quality. It offers stable, efficient, and low-noise operation (virtually no noise at low speeds) and a greatly widened speed range (0.05-500 mm/min). This is beneficial for both low-speed testing of conventional materials (metals, cement, concrete, etc.) and high-speed testing of non-metallic materials (rubber, etc.). It can also be used for rapid adjustment of the test space under no-load conditions, saving auxiliary testing time. This testing speed meets the current domestic requirements for testing speeds of all conventional metallic and non-metallic materials.

The reduction mechanism, composed of a synchronous toothed belt and a precision ball screw pair, makes the structure simpler and more streamlined, greatly improving the transmission efficiency. The height of the lower worktable and the height of the main unit are also reduced, resulting in a more harmonious appearance.

The testing machine employs an imported Panasonic AC servo speed control system and servo motor, known for their high speed adjustment accuracy and stable performance, as its drive system. The speed control system, consisting of a servo motor, reducer, synchronous toothed belt, and two large pulleys, is mounted on the left side of the main unit and covered by a protective cover, resulting in a compact and simple structure.
The AC servo motor, after being reduced in speed by the reducer and synchronous toothed belt, drives the dual ball screws to rotate, thereby moving the moving crossbeam left and right to load the sample.
2. Based on the axial load calculation formula, an imported Panasonic servo motor from Japan is used.
3. A dual-space structure with independent tensile and compressive loads is adopted, facilitating operation and avoiding the cumbersome process of changing different test fixtures when tensile, compressive, and bending loads are in the same space.
4.Different specifications of sensors can be configured according to requirements, greatly widening the test range to meet the measurement requirements of different test loads. The measurement and control system consists of a high-precision load sensor, a displacement measurement system, a servo motor, a dedicated independent controller, dedicated measurement and control software, and a Lenovo mainstream brand microcomputer.

5. Handheld Mobile Operating Terminal
This device adopts a dual-interface control method using both the host and the mobile operating terminal. The system also includes error prevention features: when switching to host control, the mobile operating terminal is not allowed to operate; similarly, when switching to mobile operating terminal control, the host is not allowed to operate.
