Product Description

1. Appearance
The host structure of this machine is a double-arm floor structure and double test space., in which the Upper space is the tensile space and the Lower space is the compression space. The Standard dynamometer should be placed between the workbench and middle beam (the Lower space) when calibrating the test force. The left side of the host is the computer control display part.

2.Application
WDW-100D is widely used for mechanical properties testing of metallic, non-metallic tensile, compression and bending. It is suitable for various test fields such as quality supervision, teaching and scientific research, aerospace, iron and steel metallurgy, automobiles, rubber and plastics, and braided materials.

3.Outline
WDW-100D testing machine adopts high-precision servo speed-regulating motor and speed-regulating system as the driving device and arc synchronous belt (wheel) deceleration system. After the motor decelerates through the deceleration system, it drives the precision ball screw pair to load. The electrical part consists of load (force) measurement system and displacement measurement system. All control parameters and measurement results can be displayed on the computer screen in real time, and the parameters such as the elastic modulus, tensile strength, and elongation at break can be calculated. And has functions such as overload protection.

6.Introduction of test machine structure
The WDW-100D is composed of a host machine, a computer control system and accessories, see Figure 1 for details.
6.1 Host Machine Part
The host adopts double-arm floor structure and double test space. The high-precision servo speed-regulating motor, driver and deceleration system are located at the lower part of the host machine. This machine can complete the tensile and compression tests. The upper space is the tensile space and the lower space is the compression space. After the motor is decelerated by the deceleration system, the precision ball screw pair is rotated to load, thereby driving the middle beam to move up and down to load the sample. The size of the test speed can be controlled by the motor speed control system installed under the host.
6.2 Electrical Part
The electrical part is composed of a  speed control system and a display measurement system. This machine adopts a high-precision stepper motor or an AC servo speed regulation motor speed regulation system. The speed regulation system controls the forward, reverse and speed accuracy of the motor. The load measurement system is composed of a high-precision load sensor, measurement amplifier, A/D converter, and regulated power supply. The displacement measuring system is composed of photoelectric encoder, pulse width shaping circuit, frequency doubling circuit and counting circuit. The controller plugs directly into the computer slot. All control parameters and measurement results can be displayed on the screen in real time.
6.3 Accessories
The testing machine is equipped with two kinds of accessories, tensile fixture and compression accessories.
