2. Features
1. The JBW-300C semi-automatic impact testing machine produced by our company is developed and produced according to the national standard GB/T229-2007 "Metal Materials Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method". Manufactured according to GB/T3808-2002 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machine".
2. Impact tests are performed on metallic materials. The maximum impact energy is 800J, and the section of the standard sample used is 10×10mm. The impact test is mainly performed on ferrous metals with high impact toughness, especially steel and its alloys.
3. Automatic sample output mechanism. After the impact is completed, the broken samples will fall on the transmission belt.
4. According to the preset criteria, the measurement and control system can automatically judge whether it is qualified or not; and then the qualified or unqualified samples will be transferred todifferent collection boxes according to the preset criteria.
