JBW-450C microcomputer controlled pendulum impact testing machine is used to measure the impact resistance performance of metal materials under dynamic load in order to judge the properties of materials under dynamic load.
2. Features
1. The microcomputer-controlled pendulum impact testing machine produced by our company is developed and produced in accordance with the national standard GB/T229-2020 "Charpy Pendulum Impact Test Method for Metal Materials".
2. Manufactured in accordance with GB/T3808-2018 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Testing Machines". Conduct impact tests on metallic materials. 3. The maximum impact energy is 750J, and the standard sample section used is 10×10mm.
4. Impact tests are mainly conducted on ferrous metals with greater impact toughness, especially steel and its alloys.
5. The equipment uses Japanese Panasonic PLC as the lower computer control, and a branded computer as the upper computer control.
6. The upper computer program adopts VB programming and RS232 communication method to complete the data exchange and instruction transmission between the upper and lower computers, making full use of the powerful functions of the PC for data processing, report processing, etc. 7. A high-precision rotary encoder is used to obtain the real-time position of the pendulum and obtain impact absorption power. It has the characteristics of system reliability, stability, and accurate data.
