1. Introduction
This testing machine integrates automatic control, automatic measurement, data acquisition, screen display, and test result processing. It uses a cylinder-mounted mainframe as a platform and is equipped with a precision oil pump, an electro-hydraulic servo valve, and a PC servo controller to achieve multi-channel closed-loop control and complete functions such as full automatic control and automatic measurement of the test process . The main machine adopts a cylinder-mounted, column-frame structure. The frame is made of high-strength steel plates that are welded and aged, and has the characteristics of high strength and small deformation. The crossbeam and the workbench are connected to each other through the column assembly, thus forming a force-bearing mechanism. The cylinder is fixed in the center of the upper crossbeam, and a tensile fixture is installed on the piston. The cylinder and the piston are the main parts of the main machine. Their contact surfaces are precisely processed to maintain a certain matching clearance and appropriate oil film, so that the piston can move freely and reduce friction to a minimum.
