I. Equipment Overview
This testing machine employs hydraulic power source drive, electro-hydraulic servo control technology, and computer data acquisition and processing to achieve closed-loop control and automatic detection as a high-precision material testing device. It consists of four components: the main testing unit, oil source (hydraulic power source), measurement and control system, and testing accessories. The maximum test force is 600 kN, with an accuracy class exceeding Grade 1.
Primarily used for determining the compressive strength of masonry bricks such as sintered common bricks, sintered perforated bricks (blocks), sintered hollow bricks (blocks), as well as concrete blocks and concrete perforated (hollow) bricks, this testing machine features dynamic display and real-time control of load, time, and test curves, along with maximum load hold capability.
This testing machine and its accessories comply with standards including GB/T2542-2012 and GB/T4111-2013.

III. Operating Conditions

IV. Installation and Commissioning
1. Hydraulic Line Connection
First, fill with hydraulic oil suitable for the ambient temperature (use 46-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil at room temperatures below 30°C, and 68-grade anti-wear hydraulic oil at room temperatures of 30°C or above). Connect the main unit to the control cabinet using the supplied rubber hose. Route the overflow line into the control cabinet's oil tank. Safely store the oil plugs removed from the hose fittings to prevent loss, which could hinder future relocation of the machine. Ensure all connections are tight and insert sealing gaskets.
2. Electrical Connection
Connect the power supply strictly according to the markings on the supplied power cord.
After installing the computer, connect one end of the supplied Ethernet cable to the controller's communication port and the other end to the computer's communication port. Remove the entire data cable assembly from the main unit and connect it to the corresponding ports on the rear panel of the control cabinet according to the cable markings.
V. Routine Maintenance
1. Before each startup, inspect all hydraulic components (hoses, control valves, oil tank, etc.) for oil leaks, check for loose bolts, and ensure electrical components are in good working order.
2. Before startup and during operation, carefully inspect and operate according to each step in the procedure. Violations of operating procedures are strictly prohibited.
3. Regularly check the oil level in the tank using the dipstick as a reference.
4. Keep both the interior and exterior of the testing machine clean to prevent component corrosion.
5. Regularly inspect the cleanliness of the hydraulic fluid. For frequent users, disassemble and clean the filter monthly. Replace the filter if severely clogged with contaminants or damaged.
6. When used frequently, replace the oil every six months. Thoroughly clean the oil tank, oil filter, and filter screen with kerosene, repeating the process several times until clean. Wipe the tank bottom dry with a towel before refilling with clean oil. If the oil appears severely cloudy and unusable during regular operation, replace it immediately.
7. During testing, do not touch the equipment or any connecting cables to avoid affecting data accuracy.
8. This equipment is precision measuring apparatus. Unauthorized personnel without proper training are strictly prohibited from operating it.
9. After testing, if the equipment will remain unused for an extended period, turn off the main power supply.
